日米合同の映画制作に挑戦したいです。

映画化したいのは、

2004年にロサンゼルスの舞台で上演された『日本を走った少年たち』です。

ハリウッド映画『モンタナ・ジョー』の原作者である村上隼人氏の半生を描いたものです。

アメリカの空爆で家族を失った孤児が、日本に居場所をなくし、1人でアメリカに渡って困難の末に市民権を得る、激動の物語です。

I want to challenge a film production in collaboration with Japan and the U.S.

I want to filmize the life of Hayato Murakami, who is the original writer of Hollywood film “Montana Joe.”

It is a turbulent story of an orphan who lost his family by the U.S. aerial bombing. He loses his place to stay in Japan and go to the U.S. alone and acquire his citizenship after struggles.
